Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at ChampionShowLeads@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, wrap glass beads very well and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may request a prepaid shipping label for use with your return package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $6.00 (domestic) or actual international cost, will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges.
Returns received without an RMA # will take an additional 30 days to process.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. There is no restocking fee, however shipping charges are not refunded.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Custom Products*
*Custom Products Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to enjoy your custom items, and we work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. We're always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you what you need.
*Custom Products Warranty: All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 365 days from date of purchase. If any item that is found to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of creation or developed under normal use.
*Returns & Exchanges of Custom Products: No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including all leather and cordo hyde show leads. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.

Please Note
● Return request of items found damaged upon receipt must be made within 7 days of delivery. Two photos of the damages should accompany your email return request. If package was damaged at time of receipt please provide photos of the damaged package as well.
